As we celebrate 10 years of service, TBAS is proud to announce the Lolo Matalasi Moliga Scholarship, a $100,000 commitment providing 20 scholarships of $5,000 each to eligible ASCC students.

Named in loving memory of the late Governor Lolo Matalasi Moliga, this scholarship honors his vision and commitment to our people by supporting the next generation.

📚 Open to returning ASCC students and new enrollments for Fall 2027.
📅 Applications open Monday, October 5, 2026 and close January 31, 2027.

Friday is test day! No appointment is required. Please bring your $30 fee and a VALID ID to the door to pay and begin your test

Admissions and Financial Aid representatives will be ready to guide you through your next steps AFTER your test. They will be there to ensure you have everything you need for the upcoming session.

Important Rules:
