Once upon a time, a blueberry met a raspberry. 🫐🍓
Then they landed on a flourless chocolate almond brownie base, ran through a mixed berry insert, and settled into a silky milk chocolate mousse with a hazelnut glaze on top. And Billy, one of our pastry chefs, who refused to stop until every single detail was just right.
That’s how our Berry Noisette lived happily ever after. ✨
(Okay… that’s not exactly how it happened, but something like that 😌)

Still one of our absolute favourites, and still just as fun to spot in the cabinet.
Chocolate mousse, orange sponge, passionfruit crème and raspberry compote inside. Basically a fairy house you can eat.
