This home is suitable for participants who have:
✅ SDA Funding (Specialist Disability Accommodation)
✅ 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 Supported Independent Living (SIL) Funding (where required)
Features include:
✔️ Modern, accessible SDA designed home
✔️ Spacious bedrooms and shared living areas
✔️ Nurse led support provider
✔️ Experienced and compassionate support team
✔️ 24/7 support available
✔️ Convenient Loganlea location close to shops, transport, and community amenities
