Recently completed project. Additional waterproofing works to unit complex. Ground fire stairs area with water issues leaking into units.

After previously constructing a new portal home adjoining to an existing portable home, customer requested that we remove an existing deck path and create a new deck joining both and having an outdoor veranda area to allowing seating area.

Following the large success for our works with MDP Projects, ARHS were invited to assist find the process of completing one of the most unique swatch stores to date (Vicinity Chadstone VIC). Involvement in the project started with design assistance, planning, onsite set-out, hands on work and managing the project. The final result was amazing and something we are truly proud of.

Removal of existing poorly built deck and reinstall new frame and decking (Ecodek) to the rear and front of the property.

ARHS was again invited to assist with the redevelopment of an existing restaurant in Newtown. Works included Demolition, constructing steel deck extensions to accommodate new toilet area and cool room and well as framing and much more.

One of our regular page viewers approached ARHS to complete the conversation of an existing external metal roofed garage to a new terrace area over the existing garage with access from the second storey. Works included demo works, steel manufacturing, reframing roof structure, scyon sheeting, waterproofing, tiling and installation of new aluminum double door.

Following recent works completed for a number of Swatch stores, ARHS were invited to undertake works at the new Allo Beirut in Liverpool. Onsite works consisted of framing, installation of wall linings and front fascade works.

Following works completed by others our customer had experienced issues with their Stormwater works. Following an investigation with the assistance of our Plumber (Sydney Express Plumbing) we found there problem removed sandstone footpath repaired Stormwater and cleared out pit which had not been maintained for some time.

After completing works to Swatch Collins st Melbourne. Works to the adjoining arcade had caused damage to the fascade.
A quick trip to Melbourne to replace to damaged panels and reinstall signage.

After completing works for a unit complex customer, the body corporate approached ARHS to under waterproofing works to the units 3 large bin areas.
Epoxy, chemical resistant waterproofing was applied to Hebel walls resolving a major water issue.
