🐯Story of a real feline warrior - APRIL🐱 .bn

In the world of veterinary medicine each patient writes their own story- some gentle, some heart wrenching and some utterly unforgettable. "April" presented to our kiulap Clinic with shallow breathing , chest rising and falling in heavy exhaustion, eyes wide with pain. "April" was attended by one of our vet Dr.Sidharth. Without wasting time, vet did the scan and found ruptured diaphragm but along with that on the same x ray, an unexpected silhouette loomed- an ENLARGED KIDNEY. To confirm this, vet did Ultrasonography which revealed Hydronephrosis (means water retention in the kidney which lead to April Left Kidney become non functional.

Dr. Sid immediately shift "April" into I.C.U Care where he mentioned to Pet Parents to stabilize April Breathing first and then has to perform both of the surgeries required together on ventilator.

Surgery day- "A battle of precision and hope".
Intense 4 Hours +, Dr. Sid with help of colleagues vets firstly repaired the ruptured diaphragm and then after nephrectomy performed on left kidney but this was done very carefully to avoid further systemic infeection.

Two Surgeries . One patient. One shot.

After shifting to Recovery care unit , April condition improved dramatically. breathing normal & purr returned - soft but real. By next day, April pet parents visited to see him, it was the moment none of them will forget - the reunion of love and survival.

With tailored diet plans, medication protocols, and a cautious discharge note, April was sent home but the story didn't end there.

14 Days later, a video arrived on clinic watsapp. it was April - bounding across the living room like a mischieveous kitten, wrestling with his feline friends with joy and innocence.

Meet Kobe, an adventurous pup who unfortunately suffered an injury that left his back left leg with a complete fracture of the tibial bone. His pet parents rushed him to Paws N Claws Vet Care in Kuala Belait ( ), where they met the caring and skilled Dr. Vivi and her dedicated team.

Successful Recovery of a Critical Fracture over Front Leg (Humerus Fracture) in a cat name “Mama Gray”

Cat presented with limping and not able to walk on her left front leg. After the physical assessment Dr. Rohin Decided to go for further evaluation. Radiographic examination revealed complete fracture over the humerus bone.

Dr. Rohin discussed all the options with owner and finally decided the surgery. After 3 days of boarding .bn (instagram address) , 2+ hours surgery was conducted with his trained vet assistants (Hafiz and Shima). Surgery was done completely on Inhalant anesthesia to reduce the complications.

Next day of surgery “Mamma Gray” start eating well . No sign of infection over the incision line .

2 weeks round the clock medical care by professional vet assistants (Hafiz, Shima and Hakim) cat was discharged after final check up by Dr. Rohin Sharma .bn .

After 2 weeks of best home care owner happily shared the video (as attached here within) where is enjoying her normal life as before .

Orthopedic surgeries outcome depends upon many factors like procedure done by specialist or not , post operative care by professional vet assistants , hygiene in post op care but most important is cats own temperament. If cat is jumper or ferocious outcome to achieve like in this case is difficult.

Successful recovery of a long term case of “ATOPIC DERMATITIS” in a dog name MAK D**G D**G by Dr.Rohin Sharma .bn (insta id)

In starting period of time - mak d**g d**g not reacting well with many medicine tried but after proper diagnosis and specific prescription diet from by Dr. Rohin Sharma.
