🌿 Wellness Wednesday was a Fantastic!

What a gorgeous mid‑day walk — fresh air, beautiful scenery, and the best company on the Mount Nascopi Ski Club.

The evening swims were just as fun, with big smiles, splashy energy, and fun water 'glow' areobics at the L'Anse Au Loup Swimming Pool

Medical Transportation Assistance Program Updates, for in-province eligible medical travel occurring on or after September 1, 2026:

▪️Mileage: $0.35/km
▪️Private Accommodations: $50/night
▪️Paid Accommodations: up to $130/night
▪️Meals- $29 per day
▪️Constituents would also get back the cost for any ground transportation that may occur when travelling (Ferry Rates, Taxi’s, or Buses).
