OPENING SPRING 2021
Local, family-owned café serving up daily soup & sandwich specials, fresh lunch options, iced coffee, dirty sodas, and our famous loaded cookies 🍪🐢💚
Come for the food, stay for the cozy vibes!
Today was a little hectic at Turtles Tea Room! Between the internet, till and debit issues, technology definitely tested our patience 😂
A huge thank you to everyone who went to get cash, waited patiently and still gave us a super busy day! We’re so grateful for this community ❤️
Everything should be back on track for tomorrow—thanks, SaskTel Mike! 😂 See you all tomorrow!

We have loved being able to support our community in anyway we can so…. We’re also starting a Pay It Forward board! A little kindness can make someone’s day, and we’re excited to give our community another way to look after one another since the community pantry and our student fund have done amazing. 💛

We are not sure what to make of this map but Balcarres if you think your water will be off tomorrow, bring a jug to fill up today as the Tearoom will be closed tomorrow.
Today, our local students & Community showed up in their orange shirts for a smudge walk, hearing the drums and seeing them walk together was powerful. 🧡
Truth and Reconciliation asks us to remember the children who never came home, honour Survivors and their families, and listen to the truths that must be heard. Seeing so many young people take part gives us hope that they will carry that responsibility forward.
To the students, teachers, and everyone who walked today: thank you. Turtle’s Tea Room & The Turtle family stands with you.
Every Child Matters. 🧡
