A classic for a reason. Fresh bread, good olive oil and balsamic, simple, but very hard to beat.
Garlic confit with rosemary.
We made ours with Manzanillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Its fresh, balanced flavour works so well here, letting the garlic and rosemary come through while adding richness of its own.
Spread the garlic onto warm bread, spoon it over roasted vegetables, toss it into pasta, and definitely don’t forget about that rosemary and garlic-infused oil.

We always have a few ready to go in the shop, filled with oils, balsamics and some of our favourite pairings. Easy when you need a great gift without having to put it all together yourself.
We paired heirloom tomatoes and Burrata with our Barnea Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic, a savoury balsamic made with rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic and sage.
The Barnea lets the tomatoes stay front and centre, while the Neapolitan brings in those classic Italian herbs, a little acidity and the richness of a dark balsamic.
Simple, but such a good combination.
