CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY:

*If you need to cancel/change an appointment please do so with at least 24hrs notice.
*Any 'no show' or last minute cancellation will result in a $25 charge. Payment will be required before any new appointment is booked. *If there are continuous no show/last second cancellations I reserve the right to refuse service, and discontinue bookings. LATE POLICY:

*I schedule my appointments accurately. I need time to tidy up, disinfect/sanitize in between clients and perhaps a quick break. - If you are going to be late, please let me know, but 15mins past and we have to re-book and "no show" fee will be implemented.

*ABSOLUTELY NO IOU's. Payment is to be made at time of service. No post-dated cheques. No exceptions.

*Typically clients need to come every 2-3 weeks. It varies on you, your nails, your line of work, your medications - as well as other things.

*Sculpted Enhancements - If you wait over 4 weeks to come in between appointments, you will be charged as a full set - No longer considered a rebalance/change-out.

*$5.00 fixes in between appointments*

Please also note, as a Tech - we know our products inside and out. We CAN tell if a nails been bumped, slammed, bit, chewed, picked and/or pryed. Please consider this!

*2 'broken' nails are included in your next service. 4+ nails missing is considered a new set.
