Linktr.ee/moreathome Our aim is to empower seniors to stay in the comfort and security of their own homes and communities as they navigate their aging journey.

We help low- and moderate-income seniors in BC stay in their homes with financial support and caregiver choice, so they can age with dignity and stay connected to their community. At More at Home, we envision a future where every senior has the financial resources to access home care services, allowing them to age in place with dignity, independence, and choice. More at Home is committed to providing financial assistance that enables low-moderate-income seniors to live independently and safely at home. Through our tailored financial support, we help seniors access the home care services they need to maintain a high quality of life, ensuring they can age in place with confidence.

A big thank you to United Way BC for bringing over 600 of us together at the Healthy Aging Summit!

What an incredible opportunity to learn, connect and collaborate with so many passionate people and organizations working to improve the lives of BC seniors.

A few takeaways that really stayed with me:

💛 Supporting family caregivers means supporting our workforce, families and communities, not just seniors.

💛 Rural and remote communities across BC are doing incredible things! From local farms delivering fresh food to volunteer networks chopping and delivering firewood, and neighbours checking in on seniors. Creative, community-driven solutions that make a real difference.

💛 Learning about Q***r Aging BC | (formerly Dignity Seniors Society) peer-to-peer program, connecting volunteers with seniors through a 12-week program that builds lasting connections. Such a wonderful resource!

One thing was clear throughout the summit: healthy aging takes all of us. No single organization can do it alone.

Thank you, United Way BC, for creating the space to share ideas, build relationships and work toward a future where more seniors can age with dignity, connection and choice.

🤠 CAN’T MAKE IT TO COUNTRY FOR A CAUSE TONIGHT? 💛

You can still be part of something meaningful.

Tonight, our community is coming together for more than a great party. We’re coming together to help BC seniors remain safely and independently in the homes they love.

For many seniors, something as simple as help with groceries, preparing meals, getting to appointments, or having someone check in can make the difference between managing at home and facing a crisis.

And that’s why More at Home Society exists.

💛 You don’t have to attend Country for a Cause to make a difference.

Your donation helps provide affordable, non-medical home support to BC seniors who need it most, while giving family caregivers much-needed relief.

Every contribution matters, no matter the size.
