About Us
In the spring of 1976, the Chances R Restaurant was established and located in Shopper's City mall on the corner of Baseline and Woodroffe. The following year saw Nick Bouris, a graduate from the Hotel and Restaurant faculty of Niagara College, join the management team and within a few years became the restaurant's only working partner. Our Zucchini Spears are tossed in ‘R’ special blend of flour and savoury spices, dipped in an egg wash and coated with Japanese panko breadcrumbs. Served alongside our house-made garlic dipping sauce, these are a staple loved by many!
