I'm not afraid of those signals anymore.
I know what they are.
My body talking to me.
"This connection is still weak.
Give it a little more."
So I hang. And hang. And hang again.
Tracing the current from sole to fingertip.
Rebuilding the chain,
one link at a time.
I got back on a snowboard.
Not perfect.
But standing on snow again β
something returns.
Reclaiming the craft
isn't about getting stronger.
It's about finding the flow again.
One step at a time.
It's your turn.

One day,
I pressed into Yongquan β
the acupuncture point at the center of my sole.
Something woke up.
A faint electric signal.
Almost nothing.
But I knew.
Still alive in there.
Not severed β just blocked.
That day, I changed the goal.
Not: heal faster.
But: find the flow again.
Starting from the sole.
The toes. The nerve endings.
Ankle mobility.
Calf, knee, pelvis, psoas,
spine, scapula, shoulder, neck.
Tracing back the way I came.
Like standing dominoes back up,
one by one,
in reverse.
A body that once flew down mountains
became afraid of a single flight of stairs.
On the outside, I looked fine.
That was the hardest part.
"You're better now, right?"
"All healed up?"
No.
The bone had fused.
But I was living with a broken current.
The nerves couldn't read the fascia.
The fascia couldn't wake the muscles.
The muscles couldn't hold the joints.
Like wiring still in place
but no electricity running through.
That went on for a long time.
Honestly β
there were days I wanted to quit.
The body is a flowing chain of energy.
Pain doesn't appear where the flow is blocked.
It appears where the body reroutes
and overloads somewhere else.
It's your turn.
