Inspired by this fall weather we’ve put together a fabulous feature for the next two weekends (September 25-26, October 2-3)

Roasted butternut squash cream sauce over linguine with 8 tiger prawns. The squash was first rubbed with sage, all spice and nutmeg before roasting. We then incorporated it with our cream sauce. Our feature for the next two weekends (September 11-12, 18-19) is Chicken Marsala. We ran this feature back in February with nothing but positive reviews. Chicken, mushrooms and our decadent Marsala cream sauce served over fettuccine is the perfect comfort food for this dreary weekend.

We can’t believe it’s been since last November since we made this dish. Our interpretation of Mac and Cheese is always super popular! This time around we’re going to change it up a little. We’ve brought back Veal Parmigiana for the next two weekends! (August 14-15, 21-22)

Two tender veal cutlets dusted with our house made breadcrumbs. Quickly dropped in our fryer to give you a crispy crust. Then we top them off with capicollo, mozzarella and our tomato sauce before we finish them in the oven. Served with our classic Fettuccine Alfredo this is a dish that will have you smiling ☺️!!!!

An update on our shanks. What can I say but, “These are pure perfection!!!” Unbelievable flavour and sooo tender!!! 🐑 🤤

Yes!!! We are bringing back our ever popular Lamb Shank Osso Buco for the next 2 weekends (July 24-25, July 31-August 1st)

We start off with a 24 hour marinade before we brown them. Braised lovingly for 5 hours with red wine, tomatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and celery. These shanks are full of flavour and melt in your mouth tenderness!! Served over fettuccine and then topped with a reduction of the braising stock these promise to be a flavour 💣!!!
