We’re investing $6.8 million to contract four dedicated fixed-wing water bombers to support wildfire operations here at home. These aircraft will be based here in Nova Scotia and give us a stronger, faster response when wildfires threaten our communities.
This investment helps protect families, homes and the forests so many Nova Scotians rely on.
Our focus is simple: be prepared, act quickly, and keep Nova Scotians safe.
