Bella Roma Brooklyn

Our bright and spacious 3 bedroom flat is coming along nicely. We are painting the bedrooms today and after that the flooring will be laid along with the baseboard trim. If you or someone you know is interested in renting this beauty please send us a message. It should be ready to move in March 1. The rent will be 1950. Plus the tenants will pay for utilities. We have installed a new heat pump and the building is a tight R2000 home. Should be easy to heat. Close to schools and amenities in the heart of Brooklyn.

Well It's been more than a month since we closed the pizza shop. Progress for the new 3 Bedroom apartment is coming along. Looking like it will ready by March 1/25.

Well it's the end of an era for us. After 25 years of serving our customers (and boy, did that time fly by) it's time to retire and hang up our aprons and pizza paddle.
We would like to say a heartfelt Thank You for the support and love you have shown us throughout the years. It's been a fun ride and we feel truly blessed. We had hoped to find replacement Mom and Pop but it didn't work out as planned. So with gratitude and bittersweetness we close this chapter of our life.
On a positive note, we will be working on renovating the top floor of our building into a spacious (1200 sq ft) 3 bdrm apartment.
Close to Brooklyn Elementary School and West Hants Middle School. If all goes well, should be ready Feb/ March 2025.
Thanks again, Merry Christmas and all the very best in 2025.
