Weyburn Fire Rescue
What's new and what's happening with the Weyburn Firefighter’s Association Our department values, compassion, respect, and are committed to excellence.
Our mission is to provide fire and safety services for the citizens and surrounding area. These services range from the devastation of fire, environmental emergencies, natural and man made emergencies. This is on top of the regular fire services including prevention, education, suppression, and rescue services. A crew of 26 paid on call firefighters, and five career members operate out of one fire hall in Weyburn. Our response area is 2500 square miles. The services we provide range from fire suppression, water/ice rescue, high-angle rescue, specialized vehicle extrication and industrial firefighting. Our goal is to continue to offer professional and dedicated services to the citizens of Weyburn and our entire response area.

🚒 Fire Prevention Week is here! 🔥
To celebrate Fire Prevention Week, we’ll be sharing a “Meet the Firefighter” each day, giving our community a chance to get to know the members behind the gear and learn a little more about the people who serve our community.
We’re kicking things off today with Rob Jack!
In honour of this year’s Fire Prevention Week theme, Rob is sharing his fire safety superpower along with an important battery safety tip. Take a moment to check out his advice — you may learn something new that you can put into practice at home and share with others!
Be sure to check out his profile and follow along throughout the week as we introduce more members of the Weyburn Fire Department.

Firefighter Kody took on the Pumpkin Roll alongside our partners from EMS and Police! 🎃
Unfortunately, we didn’t quite make it to the finish line in time with our pumpkin, but we had a great time competing! Congratulations to our EMS partners on making it across the finish line! 👏🎃
Thanks to the Weyburn Kinclub for asking us to come on out and organizing this for the community!
