AirMarker Balloon Rescue System

EVERY CLUE MATTERS.
A fall. A night in the mountains. And a search that depended on finding the right clues.
A 21-year-old hiker fell around 20 metres in the Dachstein area and was seriously injured. Unable to make his way down, he spent the night in the mountains with his Labrador by his side.

During the search, an orange tent spotted from the air helped narrow down the search area. Later, rescuers heard the dog's barking - a sound that ultimately helped them locate the injured hiker.

A powerful reminder that finding someone in difficult terrain is not always straightforward. Sometimes, it takes several clues to piece together the picture.
At AirMarker, we believe visibility deserves a place in outdoor safety planning. Because calling for help is one thing. Making yourself easier to find is another.
The AirMarker adds another layer of visibility when assistance is needed. It doesn't replace an emergency call or professional rescue - but it offers another way to make your position visible.

Rescue starts with visibility.

Behind every successful rescue is a system that works. 🚁

People. Technology. Communication. Coordination.

Every element matters when a rescue mission takes off.

But there's one more thing: being seen.

Knowing where to search and spotting someone on the ground are two different challenges.

AirMarker adds another layer of visibility - a high-visibility rescue balloon designed to help people stand out from a distance.

Not a replacement for established rescue systems. An additional tool with one clear purpose:

Help people get seen.

Because rescue is a team effort. And visibility is part of it.

No signal. No easy way out. Visibility matters.

When communication becomes difficult, being seen can make all the difference.

AirMarker adds another layer of visibility when you need assistance - even in remote terrain.

Rescue starts with visibility.

WHEN THE PLAN CHANGES.
On a high-alpine tour, preparation means more than checking the weather.
First aid.
Communication.
A knife.
Emergency blanket.
And a way to make yourself visible if you need help.
You don't carry this equipment because you expect something to happen.
You carry it because mountains don't always follow the plan.
An injury.
A sudden change in weather.
A navigation problem.
Or simply a situation where you need assistance.
Every piece has a purpose.
The AirMarker adds one more layer:
🎈 Visibility.
Because calling for help is one thing.
Making it easier to find you is another.
Prepare for the tour you plan.
Be ready for the situation you didn't.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS BEING FOUND WORTH?
Not much.
AirMarker fits easily alongside the equipment you already carry -
from your avalanche shovel to your first aid kit.
Small enough to forget about.
Important enough to never leave behind.

Some rides take you far beyond the cell signal.

For , being prepared is part of the journey:
First aid kit. Emergency blanket. Water. Satellite phone. And now, AirMarker.

Because when you're riding remote roads, the question isn't if you have an emergency kit.

It's whether you can make yourself visible when you need help.

AirMarker adds an extra layer of visibility to your emergency gear - day or night, on the road, in the mountains or far off the grid.

OPEN. RELEASE. BE VISIBLE.
