El verano ha sido largo verdad??😬😁🥵😅( por lo menos aquí en Altea😬😬😬)

Precisamente por éso viene bien reflexionar un poco sobre lo que "toca" ahora y "refrescar" la mente y el cuerpo con nueva info y energía 😁🙌💪

No sé si llamarlo un nuevo ciclo...más bien es un llamamiento a resetearnos y ver la vida y el mundo con mirada limpia y el corazón abierto para poder recibir todo lo bueno ❤️

Qué significado tiene la vida sin propósitos y sin rumbo claro?
Qué nos mueve a seguir o a mejorar??

Qué conclusión sacas después del verano?? O sigue todo igual para ti??

Estás motivad@ ,te falta energía, o todo lo contrario- te esperan nuevas ilusiones??

Muchas preguntas que planteo porque de éso se trata para mí: evolucionar , mirar hacia adelante con alegría...aunque a veces no todo sea de color rosa💕

Lo llamo el arte de vivir en sintonía con todo lo que nos rodea💫💫💫💫

Después del verano 2026 El verano ya está llegando a su fin. Y antes de empezar a pensar en septiembre, en las rutinas, en los horarios, en todo lo que “toca” hacer otra vez… quizá merece la pena parar un momento.

Un paso más en un camino que me hace muy feliz😍🌿
Hoy puedo decir con mucho orgullo que he conseguido mi certificación de Nivel 2 en Tai Chi & Qigong.
Y aunque mi tiempo libre es escaso, hay algo que para mí sigue siendo imprescindible: seguir aprendiendo🤓
Como exbailarina, conozco muy bien la importancia de mantener un cuerpo vivo, flexible y sin rigideces.
Tai Chi y Qigong nos enseña a bajar el ritmo, reducir el estrés, sentir el cuerpo y volver al presente❤️
Y eso conecta muchísimo con mi trabajo. Muchos de mis clientes necesitan precisamente eso: parar, respirar, soltar tensión y volver a sentirse bien dentro de su propio cuerpo.
Por eso sigo formándome😇
Porque todo lo que aprendo, de una manera u otra, acaba formando parte de lo que puedo aportar a las personas que confían en mí🤗
Nivel 2 conseguido. Y seguimos… 🌿🥳🤩

I’m very proud to share that I have achieved my Level 2 certification in Tai Chi & Qigong.
Even with very little free time, there is something I consider essential: continuing to learn🤓
As a former dancer, I know how important it is to keep the body alive, flexible and free from unnecessary tension.
Tai Chi and Qigong is teaching us how to slow down, reduce stress, feel the body and come back to the present moment❤️
And this connects deeply with my work. Many of my clients need exactly that: to pause, breathe, release tension and feel comfortable in their own bodies again.
That’s why I keep studying. Because everything I learn eventually becomes part of what I can bring to the people who trust me🤗
Level 2 achieved. And the journey continues… 🌿🥳🤩
