The meticulously designed exterior architecture of this project stands out through its sculptural structure, which modulates the expansive windows to frame views of central Madrid's urban landscape.🌇

🧱The rhythmic framework of natural-finished ceramic tiles in warm tones (𝘍𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘵𝘰𝘯 𝘕𝘛-𝘕𝘶𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳) stems from the combination of 3 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀 (𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦 𝘙 𝘍𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘵𝘰𝘯), carefully developed and engineered by our technical team for this project.

The iconic stretch of Madrid’s Calle de Alcalá just a few steps from its junction with Gran Vía, adds an 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 🌟

The new 𝘕𝘰𝘣𝘶 𝘏𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘭, created through the conversion of a former office building into a sophisticated 5-star boutique accommodation featuring 50 rooms and suites by Arquitectos Ayala and RCCyP | Arquitectura Madrid .

🌇📐🧱 Its 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 stands out for a sculptural façade that frames its large windows. To shape it, up to three ceramic models with varying volumes were strategically crafted and installed to provide depth and a strong rhythmic presence.

☑️🤝The result is a vertical composition that stylizes the building's volume, backed by rigorous conservation and efficiency engineering optimizing thermal and acoustic insulation in the heart of the city while using low-environmental-impact materials.

A square as iconic as this one in Stockholm deserved unique, exclusively designed façades to reflect its exclusive essence and enduring historical influence.💫🌇

For this reason, the manufacturing process for this project was meticulously executed to safely replicate a lead-based glazing, achieving the glossy, mottled finish in the two rusted-red tones that now define the newly restored facade as a testament to high-quality residential architecture.

In the capital of Rio Grande do Sul, Porto Alegre, the Anita Garibaldi residential complex stands as a single tower. 🌴

Featuring a traditional brick facade aesthetic, this project has allowed us to work with that cultural heritage in a more innovative context. 🧱📐Thanks to a striking, modern, and contemporary glazed finish, our klinker pieces provide the facade with an elegant and intimate image characteristic of fully-serviced, high-value residential infrastructure. 💎🩶
