🔥 Heating Fault Fixed in Bidford on Avon Today! 🔧

We had an enquiry over the weekend from a homeowner in Bidford on Avon whose heating would only work when the hot water was on, never independently.

We attended the property today and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty zone valve. We initially attempted to replace just the valve head, but after further inspection we found the valve itself was extremely stiff and unable to open and close correctly. I don't think this valve has done to bad, it's nearly 25 years old.

We isolated the system, replaced the full valve, carried out all our electrical and functional testing, and got the heating working exactly as it should.

The homeowner was extremely happy with how efficient we were and the quality of service provided, so much so that they’ve already booked us in for a Worcester Bosch boiler service in the coming weeks.

During the job, we hit a challenge, the brickwork was rock hard, and drilling from the inside out was the only option. Unfortunately, it caused the brick face to blow out.
