🏠 LOFT CONVERSION — BARE SHELL TO FULLY LIVEABLE SPACE 🏠

Another loft conversion completed by Apex Plastering ✅

We’ve taken this space from a bare shell and transformed it into a fully liveable, comfortable area, carrying out the plasterboarding, insulation and plastering works to a high-quality finish throughout.

The work has been completed with Building Regulations in mind, ensuring the correct systems and materials have been used to meet the required standards for the conversion.

From the initial boarding and preparation right through to the finished plastered walls and ceilings, we’ve paid close attention to the finer details to achieve a clean, crisp and professional finish.

It’s always great to see a project come together from start to finish — turning an unused loft space into a room the customer can actually enjoy and make use of.

Another ceiling transformation by Apex Plastering 👌

On this one, we’ve overboarded the existing Artex ceiling ready for a fresh, smooth finish.

The customer wanted to keep the existing coving, so we took extra care around the perimeter and ran a stop bead around the exterior of the ceiling to achieve a clean, sharp edge while retaining the original coving.

✅ Existing Artex overboarded
✅ Stop bead fitted around the perimeter
✅ Existing coving carefully retained
✅ Fully prepared ready for plastering
✅ Clean, professional finish as always

Another job progressing nicely, with attention to detail from start to finish. 💯
