Another successful hospitality upgrade completed in Donegal!

We recently upgraded an existing client’s EPOS system to the latest cloud-based solution from ICRTouch, giving them a modern, scalable platform that’s ready for the future.

The project included:
✅ Migration to ICRTouch Cloud EPOS
✅ Kitchen printing for faster, more efficient order processing
✅ Advanced stock control for improved inventory management
✅ Direct interface to the hotel’s PMS, allowing seamless room posting from the bar and restaurant
✅ Installation of 4 brand-new touchscreen terminals to replace ageing hardware, ensuring the system remains reliable, fast and up to date
✅ Handheld order pads for table-side ordering, making service faster, more efficient and saving valuable time
