🎃⚽ A Familiar Face at Scarefest Tonight! 👻🎃

We’re used to dealing with a few scary characters at Scarefest, but we weren’t expecting this one! 😂⚽

Our Guardian Protection Unit team managed to grab a quick photo with Manchester City and England star Phil Foden tonight! 📸🙌

We did ask if he fancied picking up a few security shifts, but apparently he’s already got a decent day job! 😂

Another busy night keeping everyone safe and enjoying the Halloween atmosphere! 🎃👻

🎃👻 HALLOWEEN SEASON HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN! 👻🎃

Things are getting a little spooky for the team at Guardian Protection Unit! 💀

Our Halloween event season is now underway, with our security teams out on the ground helping to keep visitors, staff and performers safe while everyone enjoys the scares! 👻

From spooky encounters to late-night events, our team is ready for whatever the Halloween season throws at us! 💪

It’s not every day you come face-to-face with characters like these on shift! 🤡😂

A busy few weeks ahead for our Guardians as we continue supporting events across North Wales and beyond.

THE NEXT GENERATION OF GUARDIANS!

A slightly different post from us today, and one that’s a little more personal.

A proud moment having my two sons visit Guardian Protection Unit HQ and seeing them standing in front of something I’ve worked so hard to build.

Running a business isn’t always easy. There’s a lot of hard work, long hours and sacrifices behind the scenes, but moments like these make it all worthwhile.

Hopefully, as they grow older, they’ll understand that anything is possible with hard work, determination and the right attitude.

Who knows, maybe one day they’ll be the ones carrying the Guardian name forward! 🦁

More than security, we are Guardians.

🥊 FROM DYFFRYN ABC TO THE BIG STAGE 🥊

This is what makes supporting local sport so special.

Guardian Protection Unit has proudly sponsored Dyffryn ABC for many years, and the first photo takes us right back to a young Gerome Warburton, representing the club and wearing a Guardian Protection Unit sponsored vest.

Fast forward to last night… Gerome was fighting on the huge Queensberry Boxing card live on DAZN, once again facing Nathan Heaney and defending the WBA Continental Middleweight title he won earlier this year.

To see someone who came through a local North Wales boxing club we’ve been proud to support go from those early amateur days to competing at this level is something special.

It shows exactly why backing grassroots sport matters. You never know where that young boxer walking through the gym doors might end up.

From Dyffryn ABC in Colwyn Bay to the big stage. 🥊

A massive congratulations to Gerome, his coaches, his team and everyone at Dyffryn ABC.

Proud to have played a small part in the journey. ❤️🥊

More than security, we are Guardians.

Proud to be part of the bigger picture 💜

This week, Rob represented Guardian Protection Unit at the latest Llandudno Purple Flag Working Group meeting.

Having provided security across Llandudno’s late-night venues and events for over 10 years, we’re proud to have a voice within the working group and to work alongside local businesses, organisations and partners who all share the same goal — keeping Llandudno a safe, welcoming and enjoyable place for everyone.

Following Llandudno achieving Purple Flag status for 2026, it’s great to see that work continuing and to play our part in maintaining those standards.

For us, security is about much more than being there on the night. It’s about partnership, prevention and working together as a community.

🏴 A PROUD MOMENT FOR LLANDUDNO — AND FOR OUR TEAM 🏴

We’re incredibly proud to see Llandudno officially awarded Purple Flag status for 2026, recognising the town’s commitment to creating a safe, welcoming and vibrant evening and night-time economy.

For Guardian Protection Unit, this one means a lot.

For over 10 years, our teams have been providing security across late-night venues and events throughout Llandudno, helping to keep staff, customers, residents and visitors safe.

From supporting the town’s night-time economy to providing security at some of the fantastic events that bring thousands of people into Llandudno, we’re proud to have played our part in keeping our town safe and welcoming.

We’re also extremely proud to have been part of the Purple Flag Working Group, contributing our experience and knowledge of security within the town and supporting the work that has led to this fantastic achievement.

Llandudno is now the first destination in North Wales to achieve Purple Flag status and only the third in Wales, following Cardiff and Swansea. It also has the unique distinction of being the first Purple Flag destination in the world to include a pier.

This achievement is a testament to the businesses, venues, event organisers, staff, volunteers, emergency services and partner organisations who work together to make Llandudno a safe and enjoyable place both day and night.

After more than a decade of protecting venues, events and the people who enjoy our town, it’s a very proud moment for everyone at Guardian Protection Unit to have played a part in this achievement.

Congratulations, Llandudno! 👏🏴

More than security, we are Guardians.

One weekend. Thousands of decisions.

For most people, a night out is about enjoying themselves. Behind the scenes, security teams are constantly observing, communicating and making decisions to help keep it that way.

From welcoming customers and managing entry, to supporting vulnerable people, preventing situations from escalating and responding when something does happen — professional security is about far more than simply standing on a door.

Often, the best security work is the work you never notice.

Every interaction matters. Every decision matters.

Raising the Standard of Modern Security.
