It was lovely to welcome the McBride family back to TBC headquarters to collect their new Volkswagen Caddy Maxi! 🚙

As longstanding customers, it’s always a pleasure to see them again. Thank you for your continued trust in TBC Conversions. We wish you many happy journeys in your new vehicle!

It’s Community Transport Week! This year’s theme, “Driving Communities Forward”, celebrates the drivers, volunteers and community transport groups who help people access essential services, maintain their independence and stay connected. 🚐

Our Minibus Sales Manager, Joanne, has worked with many community transport groups across Northern Ireland and the UK, helping them find accessible minibus solutions for the communities they serve.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank the drivers, volunteers and community transport groups who keep our communities moving. Your outstanding care and commitment make a difference every day.

We’re proud to announce that TBC Conversions is now a Ford Pro Certified Partner!

This recognition reflects the quality of our conversions and the hard work of our team, who continually strive to deliver the highest standards.

A special thank you to our Engineering Manager, Gareth Pinkerton, for his vital contribution to achieving this recognition. Gareth is pictured alongside Terence Donnelly and Donavon McKillen.

Thank you to everyone at TBC who helped make this possible. A fantastic achievement for the whole team!

A special shoutout goes to two of our longest-serving team members, Glen Simons and Donatas Cerneckis! 👏

With 17 years of service from Glen and 18 from Donatas, both have been part of TBC for much of our history, helping us grow into the company we are today.

Thank you both for your hard work, commitment and everything you’ve contributed over the years. We’re proud to have you as part of the TBC team!

Yesterday, we brought the team together to celebrate 20 years of TBC Conversions. A brilliant afternoon celebrating our achievements and the people who made them possible!

We enjoyed delicious food from and with each team member receiving a special edition 20th anniversary jacket and umbrella to mark the occasion.

Our Managing Director, Donavon McKillen, and Terence Donnelly, Group Executive Chairman at Donnelly Group, shared a few words as we looked back on how far we’ve come and ahead to an exciting future.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our first 20 years. Here’s to the next 20!

Over the past 20 years, we’ve been proud to see TBC Conversions recognised for the quality of our vehicles, our innovation and the people behind them.

We received a Motability Supplier Award in 2012 and were shortlisted for Manufacturer of the Year at the 2022 AIB Awards and Excellence in Innovation at the 2023 Belfast Telegraph Business Awards. We were also recognised with an SME Employer Award in 2021.

TBC was one of the first companies to secure EU Whole Vehicle Type Approval for its Crafter and Sprinter minibuses, following rigorous testing to meet European standards. The continuous rear door seal on our wheelchair accessible Caddy Maxi was the first in the EU to receive a Letter of No Objection from Volkswagen. Today, we’re a Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Integrated Partner.

Thank you to everyone who has helped us reach this milestone, especially our incredible team. 👏
