💥 Project update 💥
Fantastic finish to this property and went the extra mile and added a door surround on this job, the customer never asked for this we just thought it would look great so we asked he was happy for us to make this free of charge and what a finish.
This property had alot of cracks around and old render loose, so this was a full removal then re rendered using tradibatard lime & cement base and mesh followed with vpi silicone render leaving a amazing finish,

💥 Another fantastic property cleaned and sealed,
💥 This property was suffering from severe red algae and black mould due to being close to coastal area and alot of large trees surrounding,
So with the correct treatment this was cleaned using an algae chemical soft wash sytstem so no damage to the render leaving a nice clean look,followed by enduit sealer to help maintain the fresh clean look.💥

New project started once we took the old render off we noticed this property was missing something being an old building, so we asked the customer if we could hand make a door surround as the rest of the propertys in the street have some sort of door feature and this property did not, he was over the moon this was free of charge we just go the extra mile to make our jobs look amazing.

🔨Off with old on with the new🔨
Recent project where this customers walls wer starting to deteriorate and crumble away due to water ingress coming from several areas.
This was rectified by removing the old render then using kristoflex which helps stop water coming through the render from the opposite side, this was then based, meshed and toped with vpi's silicone render in 280 gris cendre leaving a great finish💥
