Before anyone could use the data, someone first had to prepare it.
That was one of the main challenges for a commercial property platform we worked with.
The data was there, but too much manual processing was slowing down reporting. Information reached the team late, and getting a clear view of performance took more effort than it should.
So, instead of only improving the dashboard, we improved the reporting process behind it.
Using our Data Engineering and BI Analytics capabilities, we automated the data pipeline, organised the information, and connected it to BI dashboards so teams could access the data they needed more easily.
The result:
• Automated data aggregation
• 65% lower data latency
• 2.5M+ assets monitored
• Faster access to insights
The biggest improvement was simple.
Less time preparing reports. More time using the data to make better decisions.
If your team is still spending too much time preparing reports manually, it may be time to rethink the process behind them.
Let’s talk about how we can make your reporting faster, simpler and easier to use.

Is Your Traditional Supply Chain System Reducing Your Profit and Efficiency?
In 2025, supply chain disruptions cost businesses around $𝟭𝟴𝟰 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻! Yet many organisations still spend more time investigating disruptions than responding to them on time.
According to a 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗰 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆, supply chain teams dedicate 𝟮𝟴% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 to disruption management. Is it possible to stay competitive without AI in today’s market?
AI can detect delays and risks earlier. But detection alone is not enough.
The next 𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!
AI agents can retender shipments, switch transport modes, or reallocate inventory within approved budgets and policies. Because knowing about a disruption earlier is important, but being able to respond faster is where the real value begins.
𝗔𝘁 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, we help organisations build the data platforms, analytics, ML models, and AI solutions needed to turn supply chain insight into faster, measurable action.

Sometimes a data system looks fine from the outside, but inside the team, people are already struggling.
A few common signs are:
- Data pipelines fail again and again
- Teams still use Excel sheets to match or fix numbers
- Reports take too long to prepare
- Different teams show different numbers for the same thing
- Nobody is fully sure where the data came from
- Cloud cost keeps increasing
- Adding a new data source becomes difficult
At first, these may look like small technical problems.
But when they happen regularly, it usually means the current data platform is becoming difficult to manage.
And this does not only affect the technical team.
- Finance may wait longer for reports.
- Management may lose confidence in the numbers.
- Business teams may spend extra time checking data manually.
- New projects may also take longer to start.
A good data platform should make things easier.
It should help teams bring data together, keep numbers consistent, reduce manual work and give people the information they need without unnecessary delay.
Most importantly, as the business grows, the data system should grow with it.
So the question is not only:
“Is our data system still working?”
The better question is:
“Is it still helping our business move forward?”
If teams are spending more time fixing data than using it, it may be time to look at the foundation.
Good data systems should reduce complexity, not add more of it.

APIs are often seen as a technical matter.
But in reality, the way an API is designed can directly affect how easily a business can grow, integrate and adapt.
A good API makes things simpler.
It helps systems connect faster, makes partner onboarding smoother, keeps data more consistent and gives teams better control over security and access.
It also makes future development easier, because existing services can be reused instead of building the same thing again and again.
On the other hand, a poorly designed API can create problems across the business.
Integrations take longer. Teams become more dependent on developers. Data starts becoming inconsistent. Even adding a new partner or launching a new service can become unnecessarily difficult.
That is why API design should not be treated only as an engineering decision.
For us, the more important question is not just:
“Is the API working?”
It is:
“Will this API still work well when the business grows, requirements change and more systems need to connect?”
As businesses adopt more cloud platforms, automation, AI and digital services, this becomes even more important.
A well-designed API may not always be visible to the end user, but its impact is felt everywhere.
Better API design means less friction today and more flexibility for tomorrow.

Offshore delivery does not fail because of distance.
It fails because nobody is clear about who is responsible for what.
This is a small point, but it changes everything.
We have worked with many clients across the UK and Bangladesh, and we keep noticing the same pattern.
Distance is not really the problem. Lack of clarity is the problem.
If you are choosing an offshore delivery partner, please do not stop at asking "where is your team located?" That question alone will not protect you.
Ask these five questions instead:
Who, by name, signs off on architecture decisions?
Who has real authority to decide on budget and scope?
If something goes wrong, how quickly does it reach the right person?
Who decides what good quality means for your project?
What is the plan if a senior engineer leaves next month?
A serious partner will answer these clearly, with names and a process.
A partner who only says "don't worry, everything is well managed" is telling you something too, just not what they think they are telling you.
We have written the full thinking behind this, and also shared how we have built our own UK-to-Bangladesh delivery model around these same principles.

Most reporting problems do not begin in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
They begin in a meeting.
Finance presents one revenue figure.
Sales presents another.
Operations has a separate spreadsheet.
Within minutes, the discussion is no longer about performance.
It becomes a debate about which number is correct.
And here is the uncomfortable part: each team may be calculating its number correctly.
→ Finance may define an active customer through payment.
→ Marketing may define one through engagement.
→ Product may define one through usage.
The problem is rarely the dashboard.
The problem is that the same metric has never been defined, owned, and governed consistently across the organization.
That is why replacing the BI tool rarely fixes the real issue.
A new dashboard may improve the presentation. But it cannot resolve unclear ownership, conflicting business definitions, or duplicated calculation logic.
In our latest article, we explore why this happens and what organizations can do about it:
→ Why different departments calculate the same KPI differently
→ What a governed semantic layer actually does
→ Why metrics need accountable owners, not just written definitions
→ When reporting logic should be centralized, decentralised, or hybrid
→ How to introduce metric contracts without buying new software
→ How to rebuild trust in reporting without replacing the existing BI stack
Because one metric should not produce five unexplained answers.
It should produce one trusted number, with a clear definition, a clear owner, and a clear source.

Technical debt not only slows down developers.
It slows down the whole business.
At first, a quick technical shortcut may look harmless.
The product is delivered faster.
The deadline is met.
Everyone moves to the next priority.
But over time, those shortcuts start creating hidden costs.
Releases take longer because every change becomes risky.
Small issues turn into serious incidents.
Teams spend hours doing manual work that should have been automated.
Security weaknesses remain because fixing them feels too complicated.
And when new engineers join, it takes them much longer to understand the system.
The result?
- Developers become frustrated.
- Customers experience more problems.
- Business teams wait longer for important features.
- Management spends more time dealing with urgent issues.
Not every technical debt needs to be fixed immediately.
But it should be visible, discussed and managed like any other business risk.
Because ignoring technical debt does not remove the cost.
It only delays the payment and usually makes it more expensive.
How is technical debt affecting delivery in your organization?
