Hello, my name is Mark and I'm a qualified MHFA instructor. I'm Mark and recently took early retirement - best thing I ever did!
I'd like to hear from you if you need help setting up a MHFA programme or to help you make the most of any existing programme you have. My interest in mental health comes through my own challenges experienced throughout my adult life. I've decided to try to help others to address similar challenges they might have. I am a qualified MHFA instructor and also consult on mental health wellbeing.
