Team days don't have to happen in a hotel conference room with a plate of biscuits.
At Lochar Mill we host teams by the river in South Lanarkshire. Space to meet, a proper lunch, an infrared sauna, a cold pod for the brave and plenty of fresh air in between.
Over the next few weeks we'll share more about how our team days work, and something new we've made for businesses.
Follow the page so you don't miss it.
Happy World Vegetarian Day.๐ฟ
Share one of our vegetarian dishes from our retreat. We cater nourishing and wholesome dishes for our vegetarian guests.

So we thought we'd let Lucy explain.
From why we chose infrared to what we love about the experience, here's a little more about what happens inside our sauna and why it sits at the heart of the retreat.
If you've never tried an infrared sauna before, we'd love to welcome you to Lochar Mill.
In preparation for our Sunday Series event tonight and to celebrate Second Harvest thereโs an apple and Cinnamon loaf not long out of the oven ๐
