What a fantastic harvest collection from Crawford Village Primary School and Nursery! 🥳

We cannot thank the staff, parents and children enough for their ongoing support.

Their support is appreciated even more so than usual, as demand has tripled this year.

From January to September 2025 we provided 371 people with food, this year we have helped over 1,200 people so far, so every single tin counts.

We collected the donations this morning and it is already going out into food parcels right now.

Thank you for your amazing commitment to helping others less fortunate in our local community ❤️

A HUGE thank you to Adam and the members of Ashurst Golf Society! ⛳️

Adam has completed a fantastic 12 month term as Captain and we are absolutely delighted that he chose the Storehouse Project as their charity of the year.

Over the last 12 months they have been incredibly creative with their fundraising, doing a fantastic job and raising over £1,000 for our cause! This donation will go a long way in helping us continue our work in the local community.

Please join us in giving a massive round of applause to Adam, his 4-legged friend Cosmo and everyone at the Ashurst Golf Society for their amazing generosity 👏

Once again B&M Stores have absolutely smashed it! 🥳

Following their recent conference, they have generously donated a massive haul of stock directly to our Christmas Hamper Appeal 🎁✨

Our team collected an incredible variety of goodies including:

🍫 Chocolates & sweets
🍿 Popcorn & hot chocolate
🍪 Biscuits
🛏️ Bedding & cosy gifts
✏️ Stationery & candles

We want to send a special thank you to Cat who organised the collection after recently taking over the role. She ensured the incredible support we've received from Janine at B&M for many years kept going without missing a beat!

These wonderful gifts and treats are going to bring so much joy and festive warmth to local families this Christmas. We are beyond grateful for B&M's continued kindness and generosity!

A massive thank you to Sophie and the team at the Holiday Inn Express Wigan who reached out to offer an incredible donation of brand new bed sets, towels and bathmats.

It was so heart warming to hear about their commitment to supporting local people who are struggling, 'something as simple as clean, quality bedding can make someone feel comfortable, safe, and settled as they begin a fresh chapter.'

We are so grateful for local partners who care about our community and support our cause. Thank you Sophie and Holiday Inn Express Wigan! 🤝✨

1680 bottles of sauces (to be precise 😆) donated by the lovely Lisa at GXO.

The expiry dates are well after Christmas so plenty will be saved for our Christmas Hamper Appeal, which will be here before we know it!

Thank you to Lisa and the team for always keeping us in your thoughts and for kickstarting the appeal ❤️

We are thrilled for Martin and the team at Action For Homeless Liverpool!

They deserve wonderful things for the amazing work that they do ❤️

Martin pops into the Storehouse Project weekly to collect food, tents, sleeping bags, rolls mats and clothing and is always grateful for the support of our donators.

Well done team!

The start of our new week and we have some really brilliant news to share!
Firstly we are extremely grateful to National Lottery Community Fund for awarding Action For Homeless Liverpool with funding of just under £20,000 for the next 2 years.
This will enable us to increase our presence on the street from the present 4 to 7 days a week, ensuring our homeless will always have access to the support we can provide.
On top of this we are so thankful to the Hare Krishna community in Liverpool for gifting us a large former office space near the city centre. This will be used to stock up on supplies of emergency items ( tents sleeping bags ,ruck sacks etc as well as toiletries, dry food stuffs and clothing for this upcoming winter.
Alongside our partners in the Catholic Achdiocese, together with other homeless community activists , we are setting up an action group focused on ways of keeping our rough sleepers safe from harm while facing street homelessness within our city region.
With this exciting news we're now facing these up coming challenges with renewed hope and determination. Thank you for continuing to support us and for always keeping the homeless in your thoughts and prayers 🙏
We will keep you updated on developments.

We are incredibly grateful to P&G for their generous donation of 12 mixed pallets of essential everyday items! 📦✨

Our warehouse shelves are now well stocked with a great variety of shampoos, conditioners, toiletries, fabric softeners, cleaning supplies, and washing products.

These items will directly support our clients who need them the most.

We will be sharing surplus stock with other fantastic local charities and support groups across the area to ensure help reaches as many people as possible. 💙

A massive thank you to P&G for working alongside us to make a difference in our local community! 🙌

On Friday we responded to a request to support a local family who lost their home and all of their belongings in a house fire.

Thanks to the kindness of our donors, we were able to step in quickly. We loaded up the van with essential items to help them start over: beds, a sofa, chairs, tables, drawers, bedding, blankets, clothes, food and kitchen essentials.

This is exactly why the Storehouse Project exists: to be here for people in our community whenever crisis hits, for whatever reason.

We are so deeply grateful to everyone who supports us—whether through donating items, funding or time.

Please keep this family in your thoughts.
