So why does steam seem to "open" pores?

"Oily skin doesn't need moisturizer."

False!

This is one of the most common skincare myths I hear.

Many people with oily skin avoid moisturizer because they think it will make their skin even oilier. In reality, when your skin becomes dehydrated, it can actually produce MORE oil in an attempt to compensate.

The goal isn't to strip your skin of all oil. The goal is healthy balance.
