🏆 Now that the excitement has settled a little, we want to give one more big shout-out to the winners of the HealthTech Adria Awards 2026!

After 14 startup pitches, two pitching sessions and evaluations from our international investor jury, three teams took the top spots on the HealthTech Adria stage:

🥇 1st place – Dentalinx 🇸🇮

Represented by Luka Kragelj, Dentalinx is building a connected digital ecosystem for dental clinics, laboratories, production centres and suppliers, enabling more secure, transparent and automated workflows across the dental value chain.

🥈 2nd place – Vinaver Medical 🇷🇸

Represented by Luka Vrbaski, Vinaver Medical is developing a vendor-agnostic intelligence layer for CT scanners, turning routine spectral scans into actionable tissue information for advanced diagnostics and precision treatment.

🥉 3rd place – MediGuide 🇸🇮

Represented by Matej Klepec, MediGuide is developing a 3D-bioprinting platform for surgical training, planning and personalised medicine, combining patient imaging, AI, proprietary biomaterials and bioprinting.

A special congratulations to Dentalinx, who as this year’s first-place winner will continue their journey to the Startup World Cup Grand Finale in San Francisco, taking the HealthTech Adria Awards from the regional stage to a global one.

But this year’s Awards were about more than the final ranking. For the first time, we brought healthtech startups from different innovation hubs and countries across Southeast Europe onto the same stage in Split, giving them the opportunity to pitch in front of an international investor jury, receive direct feedback and build new connections.

Congratulations once again to our winners - and to every team that stepped onto the stage and shared what they are building.
