One simple thing that can save you hassle at the end of your cruise: check your onboard account regularly!

Most purchases made onboard are added to your account, so it's worth having a quick look during your sailing to make sure everything is correct.

💡 Our tip: Don't wait until the final morning to check your balance!

Due to the passing of company director Mary Lee, and as a mark of respect, our office will be closed to the public on Wednesday 30th September. Our phone lines will remain open from 10am - 5pm.

Mary was a deeply valued leader and colleague whose dedication, guidance and kindness touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of working alongside her. Mary’s lasting contributions to our company and our community will be remembered with great respect and gratitude.

Our heartfelt thoughts and deepest condolences are with Mary’s family, friends and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. We share in their grief and will remember Mary with great affection.
