He takes over from the recently retired Paddy O Looney who spent 26 years with the company and was better known as “Ireland’s Golf Ambassador”. Other team members include Eileen O Sullivan (Accounts Manager) and Tommy Pierce (Administration & Logistics) who between them have 30 years of experience taking care of visitors needs. Best of luck to our Member Club, Lahinch Golf Club, as they host the 2026 Walker Cup this weekend!
With a sold-out crowd set to descend on Lahinch, the stage is set for what promises to be a fantastic and memorable atmosphere on one of Ireland’s great links courses.
The Walker Cup has a proud history of showcasing some of the very best amateur golfers from Great Britain & Ireland and the United States, and there is every chance we’ll be watching some of the next generation of golfing superstars in action in Co. Clare this weekend.
It’s a wonderful occasion for Lahinch Golf Club, Co. Clare and Irish golf, and we wish everyone involved in staging the event — as well as both teams — a hugely successful weekend.

From the SWING office to Adare Manor… Jamie’s stunt double really made the most of his trip! ⛳
After the Scott DeBergh Group asked us to arrange a life-sized cut-out of their friend Jamie McShane, we had to make sure he got the full Irish golf experience.
From the SWING office in Tralee to Adare Manor and Old Head, he certainly got around and we’re pretty sure he ended up in the pub once or twice too! 🍻
A big thanks to the Scott DeBergh Group for sending over the photos and for bringing Jamie’s stunt double along for the trip. We hope you all had a fantastic time in Ireland and wish you safe travels and all the best until the next one!

The Scott DeBergh Group were looking forward to having Jamie McShane join them during their Irish golf trip. Unfortunately, filming commitments in America meant Jamie couldn’t make the journey across the Atlantic.
The group asked if we could arrange a life-sized cut-out of Jamie to bring along instead....so that’s exactly what we did! 😂
For us, it’s all about listening to what our clients want and doing whatever we can to make their trip memorable. Sometimes, it’s the little details that create the best memories.

The John Bird Group of 20 golfers enjoyed an unforgettable Irish golf adventure, taking in some of Ireland’s finest courses including the iconic Ballybunion Golf Club.
With world-class golf, great company and many memories made along the way, it was a pleasure to help bring this trip together.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Babs Neff and her group to the sunny South West last week!
The ladies were part of the officiating team for the prestigious Arnold Palmer Cup at Tralee Golf Links, and they took the opportunity to experience some of the very best links golf in Ireland during thier visit. Here they are ready to tee off at at the wonderful Golf Links .

Fabulous day at Tralee Golf Links for the Am-Am at the Arnold Palmer Cup 2026.
The course is in pristine condition and it's a pleasure to engage with these budding visiting collegiate players, who are so complimentary of the spectacular links golf on offer.
