קיי.או.טי אדריכלים (K.O.T Architects) הוא סטודיו לאדריכלות ועיצוב רב-תחומי, הממוקם בלב שכונת מונטיפיורי שבלב תל אביב. הסטודיו עוסק בפיתוח פרויקטים בקנה מידה משתנה באדריכלות ועיצוב פנים.
כחלק מהפרקטיקה והעבודה היום-יומית אנחנו מתנהלים מול לקוחות, ספקים ואנשי מקצוע מקומיים, לאומיים ובינלאומיים. אהבתנו לתכנון ועיצוב מובילה ומאפשרת לנו, יחד עם לקוחותינו לצאת למסע יצירתי וחיוני.
בראש הסטודיו עומד כפיר גלאטיה-אזולאי, אדריכל, מעצב פנים והנדסאי קונסטרוקציה. כפיר הוא בוגר בהצטיינות של המחלקה לאדריכלות ותכנון ערים באקדמיה לעיצוב "בצלאל" בירושלים, ושל "קתדרה רוקה" לאדריכלות מבני ציבור בבואנוס-איירס, ארגנטינה. לאחר סיום לימודיו התמחה ב"מן שנער אדריכלים ובוני ערים", מהמשרדים הגדולים בארץ, שם היה שותף בין היתר לתכנון ועיצוב נמל התעופה החדש של אילת, מתחם המסעדות באירפורטסיטי, בניין העירייה החדש של רעננה, מתחמים מסחריים ומבני מגורים.
הסטודיו, שנפתח ב-2008, מתמחה בתכנון ועיצוב מבני מגורים ומסחר, תוך ליווי צמוד של הבנייה, החל מהתכנון הראשוני וכלה בפיקוח על הביצוע. שירותי התכנון כוללים את עיצוב ובחירת כל רכיבי הפרויקט, חוץ ופנים, עד לרמת הפרט הקטן ביותר תוך השמת דגש על צרכיו של הלקוח. אבל זה לא הכל! בנוסף, מתמחה הסטודיו בעיצוב מקורי וחדשני של מגוון מוצרים, בהם גופי תאורה רהיטים ועוד. כחלק מהאג'נדה ההוליסטית שלנו אנחנו מאמינים שעבודה משותפת תחת קורת גג אחת מבטיחה רמת תקשורת וביצוע גבוהה ואיכותית, ולכן אנחנו מקדמים בברכה שיתופי פעולה עם אנשי מקצוע וספקים מהמובילים בתחומם. The studio focuses on rigorous research and development. It leads projects, of all scales and styles, from conceptualization through cost analysis and construction. Our design process is committed to an attentive process of discovery. This is the core of our practice, as it relies on a deeply-rooted fascination with the act of making. We are a full service design studio with an expertise in architecture, interior design, fixture design, graphic design, and branding. KOT LAB 03 / Ink and void
Porous stone is full of empty space. Ink reveals it.
As it moves through the voids, it maps what the eye cannot see: the hidden paths of air, water and light inside the material.
We study materials this way because the space between things matters as much as the things themselves. It is true for stone, and it is true for architecture.
KOT LAB 02 / Load test
Material is not only a surface. It carries weight, tension and time.
Before we choose a material, we want to understand how it behaves under pressure: where it holds, where it gives, and what it leaves behind when it breaks.
Architecture that looks light has to be built on a deep understanding of force.

KOT LAB 01 / From screen to matter
Every project starts as a model on a screen. But a building is not a file. At some point it has to become something you can hold, turn, question and improve.
In the studio, the digital model is printed layer by layer, so we can test proportion, depth and light in physical form long before construction begins.
From screen to matter. This is where design becomes real.

Introducing the new KOT identity: a new logo, a new visual language, and a digital design system that will carry our work forward across every project, and soon, onto our new website.
KOT is a multidisciplinary creative lab. We move between architecture, interiors, objects, and art, exploring materials, light, and structure as they take shape in space.
The new identity doesn't change the way we think. It gives that thinking a clearer form.
Look closely and you'll catch a first glimpse of our new space: a showroom for materials and technologies, and a lab-inspired studio for creative work.

What connects Ramla, Venus, and the Venice Architecture Biennale?
As preparations for 2027 take shape, Kfir is developing “Where Is Venus?” a research thesis exploring urban renewal in Ramla, Israel, which he will present at an official collateral exhibition of the 20th Venice Architecture Biennale.
