Delicious steak and salad! I cooked the steak separately but if you didn’t have a frying pan at hand, or just didn’t fancy more washing up you can make it all in the Thermomix, as well as the walnut and honey dressing! Nice cold dinner for a warm day!

Even in this heat I do love my Thermomix. It makes cooking so much easier and I have lost count on the litres of lemonade we have made in the last few days! We have swapped curries for salads and soups for gazpachos, and toast for breakfast smoothies… and the office for the beach!

Thermomix Tip: Did you know you can use your Thermomix to weigh even without the bowl? If the recipe doesn’t show it just slide the screen from top to bottom and select the scales!
