For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment

Happy International Women’s Day 2025! Celebrate your strength and embrace your unique journey. Believe in yourself and take intentional steps toward your dreams. Let’s empower each other to break barriers and shine together!

👋 Hi there!
It's a feel good Friday!
Today is a big day in my professional journey and the start of great things to come.

Last month, I was contacted by the lovely folks at to notify me that I was the Recipient of the Women of the Vine & Spirits Foundation WSET Scholarship for Level 4 W**es! 🤯🤯🤯

What an honor and amazing opportunity!
I anticipate the hard work and dedication it will take to achieve this certification but I'm ready 💪

The combination of curiosity, ambition, education and training will take you anywhere you dream of, I can attest to it.

New beginnings can be difficult but they can also be exciting.
Have an open mind, determine your goal(s) and always keep your eyes on the prize.

Over the past few years, I've met so many interesting, kind and inspiring people in the beverage/w**e education industries.
I hope one day, I'll be that person for someone too.

Can I raise a glass to myself? Why not, it's my post 😂

On a serious note, thank you to anyone who has encouraged me, helped me along the way, provided financial or emotional support...you know yourselves.

A votre santé 🥂

I swear this is the football (NFL) menu today!

Duck breast salad made from roasted duck breast, mixed greens, purple cabbage, red onions, walnuts, sautéed mushrooms & garlic with a port/red w**e vinegar dressing.

I've never had the Reserve Pinot Noir, so what better opportunity to try!

It has been awarded 91 Points by **eenthusiast

The w**e has a beautiful light garnet color.
While pouring the w**e into the glass, you begin to smell the sweet baking spices, jammy red fruits and some floral notes.

The w**e is slightly off-dry, has super soft tannins, juicy red fruit, dried berries and the mushrooms in the salad emphasizes those notes.

Not only does it pair well with mushrooms, but the delicate flavors compliment the duck so nicely.

It's great to drink now but will improve in the bottle for the next 8 years.

Highly recommended!

Fun fact:
The name 11 MINUTES refers to the duration of the skin contact with the juice. In this optimal length of time, the most noble qualities of the grapes are extracted and the delicate pale salmon colour is obtained, that characterizes this w**e.

Learning can be fun...especially when it involves 🍾

I had the teams from and for a training on Veuve Clicquot recently.
Needless to say, I've converted a few more people!

It was great interacting with the group, to teach them about the Ch*****ne-making process, to dive into the intricacies of the brand, safety techniques to open the bottles and ways to upsell.

What's your favorite Veuve Clicquot ch*****ne?

Looking forward to the next training!

BOLD by
The Ch*****ne house that aligns with my belief system.
This initiative supports female entrepreneurs and highlights their achievements as a way to inspire other women.

Madame Clicquot herself dared to be bold!
She was one of the first female international business owners. She was a trailblazer and innovator:
●Creating the first blended Rosé ch*****ne
●Inventing the "Riddling Table"

Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut is the flagship of the Maison and focuses on the elegance and roundness of the Pinot Noir grape in their blend.

As for my 📸 it looks like Veuve Clicquot literally threw up on me...I'm a walking billboard!
Thank you for the photo!

“Trust that you can always learn a skill. Open yourself up to the possibility that you can fall in love with something that once perplexed you - even if that something is you.” ~ Regina Carey

Sometimes it only takes one small step to bring you closer to your dream.
When I decided to formally learn about w**es with I didn't know that I would one day be a part of something that was so much bigger than what I could have imagined.

It truly takes passion and determination to keep moving forward but the opportunity to taste some very delicious w**es, makes it so much easier. 😋

If you're in visit to see the great selection available.

I've always considered myself a "Realist":
●Accepting situations for what they are and dealing with it accordingly.
●Being true to who I am
●Representing what is accurate

It's never an easy feat, to come to terms with the realities of life...but here we are!

Dare I say, it's the or is it the **es
