IRG was established by Jeremy Hurst in 1994 having worked in the Cayman Real Estate which includes commercial and luxury residential property, since he arrived in Cayman in 1988. Prior to that, he worked in the UK commercial property industry having earned a BSc. Honours degree in land development studies at University College London. IRG is the Cayman Islands affiliate of Knight Frank and a member of The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network

Over 4,500 experienced professionals handle around $41 billion worth of residential, commercial, agricultural and real estate annually, advising clients ranging from individual owners and buyers to major developers, investors and corporate tenants. Jeremy Hurst has served as Vice President of CIREBA since 2005 and is currently Chairman of CIREBA’s Complaints and Penalty Board. Jeremy Hurst also sits on the board as a founder member of the Cayman Islands Investment Council, was a past Chairman of the Choose to be Drug Free Week and member to the E-Business Advisory Board.
