✨Granola yogurt and berry cups by Chef Manuel✨

For the granola🛒
· 75g oats
· 50g pecans or walnuts
· 25g seeds (eg. pumpkin, sesame, sunflower)
· 1 tsp cinnamon
· 2 tbsp honey
· 1 tsp coconut oil

You will also need🍴
· 400g Greek yogurt
· ½ tsp vanilla extract
· 2 tbsp honey
· 150g frozen berries
· 1 tbsp sugar
· You will also need 4 small jars or containers

Method👨🏼‍🍳
For the granola, mix all the ingredients together. Spread onto a lined baking tray and bake at 200`c for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crunchy. Allow to cool down. Meanwhile, place the frozen berries and sugar together in a pan and cook down together for 10-15 minutes to create a jam. Allow to cool. Next, mix together the yogurt, vanilla and honey. Lightly mix in 1 tbsp of the jam and spoon the mixture into 4 jars. Spoon over the remaining jam and finish off with the crunchy granola. Place on the lids and chill before serving.
