One Vision platform. The right solution for each task.

A product defect, an incorrect label or a tool in the wrong place. Each calls for a different Vision solution.

Aivhy’s Operational Vision supports inspection, text recognition (OCR), anomaly detection and tracking on one platform. We choose the camera that fits the use case, from an affordable off-the-shelf camera to industrial-grade equipment.

AI inspection models can be trained on approved product samples to recognise deviations. A result can be linked to the right product or batch and trigger a quality action. Through existing systems, the information also reaches the people responsible for the next step.

Start with one use case and connect Vision to your existing systems and wider digital ecosystem. You retain access to your images and inspection data.

Built for complex industries.

In plastics, materials, moulds, settings and quality need to stay aligned. Food production also depends on food safety, HACCP-based procedures and traceability. In electronics, components, test results and production steps must remain connected.

Every industry has its own critical processes and requirements. Aivhy has people who know these sectors and understand how the work happens day-to-day. We bring that experience to the way we connect machines, information systems, people and workflows.

From Malta to Netherlands: AIVHY brings its digital ecosystem to Dutch manufacturing AIVHY expands from Malta into the Netherlands, bringing its BOS digitalisation approach to manufacturing and logistics companies.

Every manufacturing and logistics operation has its own way of working. Information often becomes spread across machines, systems, spreadsheets, handovers and the people who keep the work moving.

AIVHY helps organisations bring those parts together in one digital ecosystem. We connect machines, business systems, people and workflows around the actual operation. Existing technology stays where it creates value. Missing connections and digital workflows are added step by step.

This gives teams better control, fewer manual handovers, stronger traceability and faster decisions based on reliable operational information.

Industrial Intelligence for production and logistics, built around the way you actually work.

Robbert Brand: “Companies exist because they do something special. That’s what you want to digitalise. Not because a system tells you how you should work.”

This is what we tell our clients who are looking into digitalising their manufacturing or logistics processes. And we strongly believe that this is the right way forward – put your process first, think about why you are unique and let the systems adapt to your way of working.

Today Robbert is featured in Het Financieele Dagblad about AIVHY's approach to digitalisation, why CEO’s need to lead the digitalisation strategies and why you should not reorganise your way of working only to adjust to rigid systems in the market.
