Speising 70 has been officially completed in Vienna’s Hietzing District, marking an important milestone for United Group as its first real estate project in Austria. The successful completion of the development represents a significant step in the Group’s long-term property investment strategy and continued international growth.

United Group extends its sincere thanks to all consultants for their contribution and to the general contractor for their quality workmanship and for delivering the project on time. With construction now complete, the apartments are being handed over to their new owners, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the Speising 70 community.
