EzriLaw Firm recently acted in a matter involving an individual who had lived for more than four decades without formal recognition of his Malaysian citizenship.

Following court proceedings and the subsequent administrative steps taken by the relevant authorities, he has now been issued with a Malaysian Identity Card.

The matter reflects the importance of access to legal remedies where questions of citizenship, documentation and personal status remain unresolved for many years.
