🇲🇾 马来西亚进口清关｜专业合规，让进口更顺畅

货物进口至马来西亚各主要港口，包括 巴生港 Port Klang，一般需由具备资质的本地报关代理办理进口申报，并向马来西亚皇家关税局 (RMCD)提交海关一号表格 K1 (Customs Form No. 1)及相关文件。

在单证完整、进口准证齐全，且无需额外查验的情况下，一般清关可在约 1–3 个工作日内完成，实际时间仍取决于海关审核、查验情况及相关税费缴纳进度。

📑 进口清关基本文件

1. 商业发票 Commercial Invoice
列明货物名称、数量、交易价格及贸易条款，作为海关估价与申报的重要依据。

2. 装箱单 Packing List
清楚列明包装数量、货物内容、毛净重、尺寸等资料。

3. 提单 Bill of Lading（B/L）
载明托运人、收货人、船期及运输等主要货运资料。

4. 马来西亚海关一号表格 K1
用于货物正式进口进入马来西亚本地市场的海关申报。

5. 进口准证 / OGA 批文（如适用）
部分受管制商品须取得相关政府机构 OGA (Other Government Agency)批准，例如 MAQIS、SIRIM 或其他主管部门，视产品及 HS Code 而定。

🔄 清关基本流程

① 到港前预审准备
提前审核 CI、PL、B/L、HS Code、原产地及相关进口准证。资料越早确认，越有利于货物抵港后的顺畅清关。

② 海关申报与税费核定
提交 K1 后，海关将依据 HS Code、申报价值、原产国及相关法规，核定进口关税、销售税及其他适用税费。

③ 缴税、放行及安排提货
完成相关审核及税费缴纳后，取得海关放行，即可衔接码头提柜、运输及最终配送。

💡 进口前多确认一步，往往能减少到港后的等待

不同商品的进口要求并不完全相同。HS Code、产品名称与用途、原产国及进口商资格，都可能影响税率、进口准证及 OGA 审批要求。

因此，建议在货物出运前把产品资料交给我们预先审核。我们可协助确认 HS Code、进口税率、OGA/进口准证要求，以及是否符合优惠关税条件，尽量把问题解决在货物抵港之前。

Malaysia Import Customs Clearance
Import clearance at any Malaysian port, including Port Klang, must be handled through a licensed customs agent, who submits the import declaration (Customs Form No. 1 / K1) and supporting documents electronically to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD).

For a straightforward shipment with complete documentation and no inspection or permit issues, clearance typically takes 1–3 working days, subject to Customs processing and payment of applicable duties and taxes.

Required Documents
1.Commercial Invoice — Declares the goods description, transaction value, quantity and terms of sale for customs valuation.
2.Packing List — Details the packages, quantities, weights, dimensions and contents.
3.Bill of Lading (B/L) — Transport document confirming the shipment details, shipper and consignee.
4.Customs Form No. 1 (K1) — Import declaration for goods entering Malaysia for home consumption.
5.Conditional Permits / Approvals — Required for controlled or regulated goods, subject to the relevant Other Government Agency (OGA), such as MAQIS, SIRIM or other competent authorities.

Clearance Process
1.Pre-Arrival Preparation — The customs agent reviews the documents, confirms HS classification and applicable permits, and prepares the declaration before arrival where possible.
2.Customs Declaration & Assessment — K1 is submitted and Customs assesses the applicable import duty, sales tax and/or other charges based on HS classification, customs value and origin.
3.Payment & Customs Release — Once all requirements are satisfied and applicable duties/taxes are paid, Customs clearance is obtained and the cargo can proceed for port release and delivery.

Important: Import requirements depend heavily on the HS Code, product description, country of origin and intended use. Share these details with us in advance, and we can check whether the goods require an import permit/OGA approval and whether any preferential tariff treatment may apply.
