Collection time of cakes is as stated on your invoice, unless I have been delayed by power outages or events beyond my control. If orders are to be collected earlier than specified, please contact me to make arrangements and if it is possible, I will accommodate you. If images were emailed, the onus is on the client to confirm that it was received by Rainbow Baking Creation. If high resolution images were not emailed, Rainbow Baking Creation takes no responsibility for pixelated images. Rainbow Baking Creation is not responsible for late order collections. No refunds will be entertained. Clients are to ensure they arrange a collection time within my trading hours. Collections outside of trading days and times will not be entertained. Please bear in mind that cakes cannot be replicated exactly as per pictures submitted, but I will try my best to get it as close to the image supplied. No two cakes are alike these items are all hand made. Please specify dietary allergies/preferences where possible. Where cakes orders are placed, the client confirms thereby that they have read and understood the terms and conditions with regard to a dispute. I will email, whatsapp terms and conditions when a cake is requested. Once cakes are collected and signed for, Rainbow Baking Creation take no responsibility for any damages related to melting, defrosting, or any other type of damage to the cake. Rainbow Baking Creation takes no responsibility whatsoever for balloons popping after leaving premises. Cakes are not to be transported on the car seat at all. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 1 week of collection will attract a 50% fee of the deposit paid or 50% of the full amount paid via eft, 30% for cash paid. VOUCHERS will be issued NO CASH REFUNDS under any circumstances
Orders cancelled 2 weeks before collection will attract a 25% cancellation fee. VOUCHERS will be issued NO CASH REFUNDS under any circumstances

Covid-19 Precautions
I am following strict health practices. I am sanitising/washing hands/tools throughout the baking and icing period. You will, in addition, not have to sign for the delivery, I will take a picture of you with the product. "High touch" points are being sanitised regularly.
