We offer an awesome range of free Les Mills Group Fitness classes for all members. RPM, BodyPUMP, BodyCOMBAT, CX WORX, SH'BAM and BodyBALANCE. The gym is fully equipped with a weights and cardio room, 2 studios, full bathroom facilities and plenty of parking. At NRG Health and Fitness there is something for everyone!

Mental Health Awareness Week
At NRG Alexandra, our gym is more than a place to train. It's a safe space.
Whether you're having a great day or a really tough one, come as you are. No judgement, no expectations, just a place where you belong.
Not every challenge is visible. The person next to you might be carrying more than you know, and simply showing up may have taken everything they had. So let's lead with kindness: a smile, a hello, a "nice work" can mean more than you'll ever realise.
Look after your mind as well as your body, and look out for each other. Because together, we are stronger. 💪
This week at NRG Alexandra we’re focusing on being kind and mindful, to others and to ourselves, as part of Mental Health Awareness Week.
Over the next few days we’ll share how moving your body can support your mind, plus simple ways to look after your wellbeing.
