Dear folks. Here’s our menu for weekends, until 2pm only.
INUTAK is a Filipino kakanin (sweet delicacy) made of glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, ube halaya and evap. It features a chewy purple with ube and topped with coconut cream and broiled until golden.
BALBACUA ( Mack’s version of Sticky Pork Stew). Slow cooked pork sliced pata until soft and tender and mix with spices and seasoning. Meal, serve with rice and patis-lemon-sili-dip.
ILOCOS EMPANADA ( is a savoury snack, crispy pocket filled with vigan longganisa, shredded green papaya, mung beans and egg). Served with Mack’s spicy vinegar.
