It happened slowly—one choice at a time.
Cars became black, white, and gray. Homes traded colorful walls for neutral tones.
Clothes, gadgets, furniture, and even spaces made for children started following the same muted palette.
We called it modern. Minimal. Elegant.
And there’s nothing wrong with minimalism.
But somewhere along the way, standing out started feeling risky, while blending in became the standard.
Maybe the world didn’t become more sophisticated.
Maybe it just became a little more afraid of being seen.
Color never stopped being beautiful.

We just forgot to choose it 🎨
