Front and centre in the Crowne Plaza Auckland Ballroom, this 8m x 3m LED wall gave the room a clear focal point and our client a versatile canvas for their event content.

A successful event is about more than just the right equipment spec. It’s knowing you have the right support from people who truly care, especially when the day is underway and there are plenty of moving parts.

We love receiving feedback such as Jo's. And it's no surprise when our Auckland Technical Lead Zach, gets a special mention. Zach always has a calm & kind presence at every event and brings that same care to leading our technical team.

Thank you, Jo, for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback.

A rooftop bar that can easily become a presentation space, then go back to being a rooftop bar. At QT Auckland Rooftop Bar, our built-in projector makes it simple to share presentations and panel discussions while guests enjoy the outdoor setting and those gorgeous views.

Wellington is buzzing with World of Wearable Arts in town.

Our sales team is enjoying a wonderful afternoon at the WOW High Tea at InterContinental Wellington, catching up with familiar faces and mingling before the show.

It is lovely to see the city so full of energy, creativity and excitement. ✨

👩‍💻 Great event support starts well before the day itself.

Our dedicated sales and coordination team works closely with organisers in the lead-up, helping coordinate the details and making sure everything is covered. When the event arrives, our technicians are there to provide technical support, answer questions and help everything run smoothly.

It means organisers can focus on their programme and delegates, knowing they have a team behind them from planning through to delivery.

Some happy crew snaps from AUT Live at the City Campus last month. When the whole campus is in motion, our crew are never far from the action.

With live lectures, talks and activations taking place throughout the City Campus, there was plenty happening as prospective students explored what they could study, met the people who teach it and got a feel for life at AUT.

Our team were proud to support the technical delivery throughout the day, helping keep everything running smoothly while still finding plenty of reasons to smile. 🎓

Red carpet ready at Pipitea Marae & Function Centre 🎓

Earlier this year, we helped set the scene for a special graduation celebration, with everything in place for graduates, whānau and guests.

Meet Keegan, our Senior Technician based in magical Queenstown. 💫

Keegan has built a strong reputation for technical competence and a genuinely warm, collaborative approach. His move to Queenstown this year is a reflection of both his ambition and our confidence in him, and we are thrilled to have him help grow our team in one of New Zealand's most dynamic event markets.

We are excited for what is ahead. 🏔️

Pitch to Plate at Hnry Stadium was an evening of great food, good-natured rivalry and plenty of memorable moments.

Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge went head-to-head across a progressive dinner through the stadium’s most exclusive spaces, personally presenting their dishes along the way.

With beverages flowing, multiple dishes and the chance to decide who took the win, it was a special Wellington on a Plate experience from start to finish. We were proud to be part of it.

As a technical professional, you never know where the next event may take you. ✈️

This time, our team travelled to the Chatham Islands to support a special deed signing. A beautiful location, an important occasion and a memorable experience for everyone involved.

We were proud to play a small part in bringing the event together. 📍
