In today’s sessions, I asked my students what they are truly looking for when they come to my meditation sessions.
The answers I received deeply humbled me.
Beyond relaxation, beyond silence, beyond simply feeling better… I heard stories of longing, transformation, healing, clarity, connection, and a profound desire to come home to themselves.
It reminded me that what we create together is far more meaningful than simply a meditation session.
It is a space where people can pause, reconnect, release, remember, and perhaps discover something within themselves that was always there.
