In workplace, you will have people who like throwing big rocks and stone at others, they will even continue to bully and gossip and cause division ➗ to make you the reason of what is happening.

If you are a leader and you come across these kind of people, just do the following

1. Trust in God and stay true to yourself

2. Gather the stones and rocks and use them for your foundation stone. I mean to make your house stronger.

3. Pray for them and do good in return to them. Bless them and pray that they will see their faults and that they will be changed.

4. Face them with integrity and honesty. Do not bark back at them. Raise them and allow them to grow stronger than before.

5. Present them to God and be ready to carry all the burdens.

Note: Remember, mango trees bear 🍑 and people throw them stones, but they never complained, they never ceased in producing good 🍑🍑🍑.
Have a wonderful day leaders.
