Healing After Losing Someone

Some days will be harder than others, and that’s okay. Give yourself permission to grieve, to remember, to cry, and to heal at your own pace. ❤️

You don’t have to “get over” the loss—you learn to live with the love that remains.

“The Jumbie Bird” by Ismith Khan
